We have ranked the bottom twenty countries in the world by the freedoms it allows its citizens and the racial attitudes of the government and populace. The countries are descending from worst country to best. We have taken into account the countries demographcs, history, and human rights record in creating this list. We are currently in the process of perfecting our list, so between now and January 1, 2009 these rankings are susceptible to change.
